During this research, microfluidic devices would be designed and developed to manage the cellular microenvironment. For instance, the Centre for Business Innovation held the 10th microfluidics consortium in September 2019. This consortium collaborated with microfluidics stakeholders from Europe and the U.S. to promote the use of state-of-the-art microfluidics technologies across various applications. In addition, the consortium also focused on acknowledging the microfluidics market dynamics and addressing key challenges constraining scale-up and demand.
